EISI SOFT and ReviewPro officially presented their strategic integration during the first day of Fitur 2023.
Based on the agreement, the online reputation management platform ReviewPro joins the operational management platform EISI HOTEL, aiming to integrate customer feedback with operational management.
ReviewPro is a Guest App, a tool focused on online reputation management, with more than 10 years of experience in the hotel sector and currently part of the international Shiji Group, a large conglomerate of technological solutions that encompass the hospitality, catering, retail, and entertainment sectors. ReviewPro offers different solutions focused on each stage of the guest journey: hotel reputation analysis, guest surveys, case management, and comprehensive guest communication. All of this is fully integrated with the aim of redesigning the digital experience.
The EISI HOTEL tool is used in more than 1,200 assets and is present in 23 countries to ensure optimal asset management by digitizing processes, reducing operating costs, and increasing their efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
The collaboration between both companies offers the more than 60,000 customers that ReviewPro has in over 150 countries the possibility of expanding the available solutions, allowing the management of the different cases detected by ReviewPro from the EISI HOTEL platform by automatically creating work orders for the corresponding department or team to address the detected problem. This will boost improvements in guest experience, increase staff efficiency, and significantly reduce costs.
This way, operational issues regarding complaints or comments are addressed more efficiently. Additionally, with the integration, customers can have different reports generated in EISI HOTEL from the work orders reported by ReviewPro's Autocase, allowing them to identify the pain points of the establishment.
Florencia Cueto, Product Specialist at ReviewPro, stated that "thanks to the integrations we have with partners like EISI SOFT, we can offer another approach to the platform, making sure that no problem goes unnoticed. Together we can improve the customer experience." She also emphasized that since staff are used to using these platforms in their daily work, additional training will not be necessary.
On the other hand, Paquita Álvarez, Chief Commercial Officer & Product Manager at EISI SOFT, highlighted that "sharing the same vision as ReviewPro made it easy to carry out the project to launch our integration, as we saw that our KPIs are completely correlated and add value to the establishment." She added, "At EISI SOFT, our goal is to integrate the customer experience into operations, convey the importance of the customer experience throughout the organization by showing the pain points detected by ReviewPro on the dashboard and indicating work orders from Autocase."
