EISI SOFT signs a strategic agreement with SIHOT, one of the most comprehensive hotel management systems on the market. 


Under the agreement, the SIHOT PMS integrates with the operational process management platform, EISI HOTEL, with the aim of covering the hotel's operational management in its entirety.

Currently, SIHOT offers a wide range of functionalities: event management, online check-in and check-out, as well as timeshare management. All this in a modular form to provide solutions that better meet the diverse needs of clients.


The collaboration between the two companies provides SIHOT's more than 3,500 clients the opportunity to expand their portfolio of available solutions. Through the bidirectional integration of the EISI HOTEL software with the PMS, they can manage various operational management areas of the assets, such as maintenance management (GMAO), housekeeping, energy and environmental management, swimming pools, HACCP, legionella prevention, communication with external suppliers, as well as the standardization of a long list of tasks and protocols.


The EISI HOTEL platform is used by over 600 establishments in more than 20 countries to ensure optimal asset management through the digitization of processes, reducing operating costs and increasing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
