The implementation of the tool follows the following timeline:


  1. We study your particular case and always offer you the option that best suits your needs and budget. You can contract modules starting from €30/month per establishment.
  2. After signing the contract, you will be required to provide all necessary information about your establishments. Information such as zones and sub-zones, the list of rooms, current pool and consumption records...
  3. Our consultants will incorporate your establishments into the platform with the provided data and create user profiles for all workers, hotel managers, and corporate managers who need access to the software. This process will only take between 24 and 48 hours, and you can start using the platform.
  4. A specialized consultant will provide coaching, putting our tool at the service of your workers, teaching them how to use the platform and explaining practical cases.
  5. The next step would be to start working with the platform during daily operations. For this and for good adaptation, we always recommend starting with what we call the basic modules, consisting of the work order module, daily operations module, and pool module. It is important to note that to use EISI HOTEL, it is advisable to provide a mobile device with internet access to every worker who will use the platform.
  6. Once the first 15 days have passed after the implementation of the basic modules, it will be time to implement the preventive module.
  7. With the tool fully implemented and operational, we recommend the consulting service we offer through EISI CONSULTING. With a support price starting from €30/month per establishment during the first year, it includes a visit to your establishments to assess their current state and protocols, as well as support in the implementation of the preventive module.
