How to Submit Hotel Pool Data to the Ministry of Health

Feb 23, 2018, 9:00 AM

According to RD 742/2013, all establishments with public pools are required to submit information related to the necessary data to the SILOÉ information system developed by the Ministry of Health, Social Services, and Equality before April 30 each year, where the information of the previous year must be entered.

Thus, before April 30, 2018, any establishment with public pools must have entered the data corresponding to 2017 into the SILOÉ platform.

Additionally, the pool owner must register data related to self-control and situations of incidents and non-compliance, with corrective measures taken, preferably in digital format.

In this regard, the innovative digital tool EISI HOTEL, which is easy to use and very intuitive, allows the digitalization of the pool self-control plan and helps comply with RD 742/2013, saving time and effort. Additionally, as a cloud-based tool, it is always up to date with any regulatory changes.

In compliance with the aforementioned regulation, EISI HOTEL automatically generates the XML document with all the required information, which must be submitted to the MSSSI via the SILOÉ platform.

EISI HOTEL digitalizes the management of your pools and computerizes the registration of daily readings and incidents. This facilitates maintenance tasks and the collection, unification, and analysis of all generated information.
