Palma de Mallorca, June 18, 2018.- Last Thursday, the first of the The Hotel Data Game events organized by the Hotel Technology Institute (ITH) took place in Ibiza at the Ushuaïa Beach Hotel. EISI SOFT was one of the participants of the event where they presented their vision on the importance of digitalizing regulatory records in the various areas of hotel operational management, led by Xavi López, the company's operations director.
The event featured presentations by experts from various technology companies covering different areas of the hotel business such as benchmarking, online reputation, forecasting, operational management, customer experience, and regulatory records.
EISI SOFT analyzed the importance of digitalizing regulatory records, specifically in the hygienic-sanitary field, and their relationship with the various pillars of hotel management such as operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, ultimately aiming for better hotel operational results.
Xavi López, operations director of EISI SOFT, emphasized the importance of viewing regulatory records, a typically arduous topic, as a productive advantage rather than a bureaucratic inconvenience. A good digital management of these records and correct compliance provides the hotel with minimum quality standards, which ultimately impacts customer satisfaction and allows for better results. As the speaker stated, “regulatory compliance is not only mandated by current legislation but also by the increasingly high-quality standards demanded by customers.”
The presentation featured practical cases from the EISI HOTEL platform, developed by EISI SOFT, covering various hygienic-sanitary areas such as pool management, HACCP, and legionella management in daily hotel operations.
