The group drives the digitalization of key processes within its operating model and reinforces its commitment to the Balearic entrepreneurial ecosystem through its partnership with tech company EISI SOFT.
As part of its roadmap toward operational excellence and continuous innovation, Barceló Hotel Group has completed the implementation of the EISI HOTEL software in over forty vacation properties, marking a major milestone in its digital transformation strategy.
This initiative, led by the corporate team of Ser Barceló —in charge of defining processes and operational standards— in collaboration with the group's Technology division, represents a decisive step toward operational standardization. It also plays a key role in enhancing both the guest and staff experience, while promoting a data-driven approach for faster, more objective and intelligent decision-making.

Founded by a young team with deep sector expertise, EISI SOFT has become a key player in the digitalization of the tourism sector.

The project, structured in various phases, has successfully consolidated an initial stage by digitalizing essential processes in key areas such as:
- Housekeeping: automating coordination between departments and reducing response times, which enhances room management efficiency and improves the guest experience.
- Voice of the Customer: the implementation of this module centralizes all guest requests and complaints by integrating with Barceló’s App and CRM, enabling swift routing of information to the responsible operational teams. This improves traceability, response times, and supports continuous enhancement of the guest experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: digitalizing health and safety records and enabling HACCP control from any device, enhancing traceability and oversight.
- Internal communication: standardizing and centralizing daily workflows across departments to ensure greater consistency, order, and traceability in operations.
Beyond process digitalization, this project has enhanced the operational intelligence of the hotels, equipping directors, middle managers, and the corporate team with real-time visibility into activity, compliance, and critical points.
It has also fostered new collaborative dynamics between hotel teams and corporate departments, enabling continuous knowledge sharing that enriches processes and supports a more agile, participatory, and adaptive standardization approach.
